You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have opened no more than two weeks of course material. Email us and it is done — you do not have to explain yourself.
If the course has not started yet, you can cancel any time up to seven days before November 2 for a full refund.
Life happens, and this material asks something of you. If the timing turns out to be wrong, you can move your place to the next cohort instead of taking a refund. Ask at least three days before we begin. One move per person.
Once you are past the window, or past two weeks of material, the fee is non-refundable. The live sessions and the group are limited and your place was held for you. If something genuinely goes wrong, talk to us — we would rather sort it out than have you sitting on a bad experience.
Menopause & Old Trauma is education. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Taking part does not create a therapist–client or doctor–patient relationship with Lisa Lacy.
You will never be asked to disclose your history, and you are never required to share anything in a live session to take part. What you write in your workbook is yours.
Decisions about hormone therapy, medication or any other treatment belong between you and the qualified professionals who know your history. Nothing here replaces that.
We cannot promise a particular outcome. People arrive with different histories and take different things away.
This material can bring things to the surface. You can pause, skip a section, or step out of a live session at any point, and nobody will ask you why. If you find yourself needing individual mental-health support, that is the point at which the right licensed professional should become part of your care. If you are ever in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country — this course cannot be that kind of help.
What is said in the group stays in the group. Live sessions are not recorded, because of what people share in them. Recording or sharing another participant’s words or details ends your place without a refund.
The videos, workbooks and materials are for you and are not to be shared, resold or posted. Your access does not expire.
We store your name, email and which lessons you have opened, so the course works and so we know how to help. It is never sold or shared. Ask us and we will delete it.
